About Us
The Queen of Trusts: Kellee grew up in Washington, DC and the close by MD suburb of Kettering. She earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of MD College Park, and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. She's owned her real estate brokerage, licensed in DC, MD, VA & FL, for 20 years. She has renovated multiple properties and now develops them from the ground up.
The King of Trusts: Cliff grew up in the suburbs of DC and attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN. He expanded his mother's successful contracting business employing hundreds for over a decade. He concurrently began a healing ministry where he traveled the globe and broadcast to millions on network TV. The former prime minister of a tribal nation, he has built a burgeoning private banking practice leveraging the relationships he has developed with leaders across the world.
Together: Both Kellee and Cliff merge their knowledge of the public and private sectors to consult their clients. Together they have created blaqk (Black Legacy Association of Queens and Kings), a private association of successful and ambitious entrepreneurs, investors and executives that focus on high-level finance and real estate development. They also manage the blaqk trust Family Office Group, a multi-family office (MFO) that serves as support for multiple families' investment, governance, and philanthropy planning.
What We Do
We help high net worth families and business owners create trust structures to protect their assets from creditors and lawsuits. We help them set up their family legacy structure, which includes their Family Constitution, Family Trust and Family Office. We help our multiple family offices come together to grow their assets exponentially through our private real estate development group.
